Your video never leaves your device
Most online video editors upload your file to their servers before you can touch it. This one works differently: every edit and every export happens inside your browser, on your own hardware.
That means there is no upload to sit through, no processing queue, no account, and no copy of your footage on somebody else's disk waiting to be deleted.

Which video formats can I open?
Any video your browser can play. That covers MP4 (H.264), WebM and most MOV files from phones. Some HEVC or MKV files will not open in every browser; if one fails, try Chrome or Edge.
What format do I get back?
MP4 in browsers that can record MP4, including recent Chrome, Edge and Safari. Other browsers save WebM, which plays in Chrome, Firefox, VLC and on YouTube. You can pick the format before exporting.
Why does exporting take about as long as the clip?
The editor replays your clip in real time and records it with all your edits applied, so a 30-second clip takes roughly 30 seconds. A clip sped up to 2x exports in half the time. Keep the tab open and visible while it works.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. It runs in modern mobile browsers on Android and iPhone. For long or 4K clips a computer will export faster.
Is there a file size limit?
There is no upload, so there is no upload limit. The largest clip you can edit depends on how much memory your device has.
Will I lose quality?
You choose. Keep the original resolution and pick High or Best quality and the result stays close to the source. Exporting re-encodes the video, so a lower quality setting makes a smaller file with more visible compression.
Is it safe to use?
Your file is opened locally by your browser and never transmitted. There is no account to create, no file stored on a server and nothing to delete afterwards.
